Job Description: The Digital Account Manager is a client facing position as part of our class-leading client services team within our Professional Promotion division. The position involves building and managing client/sponsor relationships, overseeing and collaborating with a work team of supporting resources, and supervising work output across the organization to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction. The Digital AM works in effective collaboration with our sponsors to activate campaigns that enable them to reach and engage their target audience, The Digital AM also works with internal stakeholders to execute the campaigns including web development, email development, program marketing, content, creative, and others.

Our client is looking for a self-starter who: has a strong customer-service mindset, is highly organized, has excellent communication and people skills, is highly motivated to learn, is a consummate team player, and loves working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. The ideal applicant will have experience in digital production, agency/media experience, and pharmaceutical advertising/marketing experience, and project management. The role provides strong growth potential for high performers.

Responsibilities include: Ensure overall client satisfaction by providing a positive customer service experience, ensuring high quality, on time delivery, and value articulationServe as primary client contact post sale, leading regular client-facing communications including adherence to client communication practices, preparing and distributing client status reports, preparing and disseminating contact reports, and other client communicationsTranslating client needs and expectations clearly across internal development teamsWorking in collaboration with Project Managers to ensure timelines align with client expectations and are managed accordinglyCollaborating with internal teams to provide assets for production, monitor progress, and review client deliverables, including project brief development, supporting internal KO meetings, requirements meetings, internal review meetings, and prelaunch quality checksLeading client review calls and internal team coordination to ensure projects are approved by the clientSupervise and direct team for on time delivery and clear/accurate communication of revenue statimpacts

Required Skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience which can be a combination of account management and project management.Minimum of 3 years of experience with a combination of digital and agency experience - Pharma/Healthcare experience a differentiator.Passion for customer service and for ensuring that our physicians and clients have the best experience possibleAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, responsible and results driven, solid communication skillsExcellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems like AtTask)Knowledge of internet technologiesKnowledge of marketing-related creative process (marketing or agency experience preferred, especially within the pharmaceutical industry) a plusExperience with medical/legal review process within pharmaceutical industry strongly desired; equivalent experience in a highly regulated industry may substituteKnowledge of Digital marketing; marketing-related creative process (marketing or agency experience preferred, especially within the pharmaceutical industry)

Required Education: 4-year Bachelors' degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
