Who We AreNew Visions for Public Schools is the leading non-profit organization dedicated to the improvement of public education in New York City. Today, we support 1,600 public schools and thousands of teachers, serving almost 1,000,000 students, in their most critical work: deciding what and how to teach, helping keep students on track to graduation, and preparing students for success beyond high school. New Visions directly manages a network of 10 charter high schools across the Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens.

Who You AreYou’re a seasoned Head of Product looking to transfer your skills to a mission-driven organization. You’ve demonstrated success leading and developing product teams of at least twelve across multiple business verticals. You have been able to scale an enterprise product in high growth environments and use data to inform your strategy. You make data based decisions, are able to navigate a team through ambiguity and are entrepreneurial.

What You’ll DoYou will lead process roadmapping by defining and communicating the company's product strategy, with great attention to deadlines. Manage resource allocation across the product team ensuring all Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers can be successful in meeting high demand through strategic planning. Serve as a liaison between the product team and the company stakeholders while translating business-to-technical requirements and vice-versa. Lead the enhancements to our digital product owning product goals and ensuring that they are a match for the user.
