Job Description: Our client is looking for a Senior Designer to join our team. The Senior Designer will report directly to the Creative Director and will be responsible for supporting the Consumer Design Group across a variety of diverse projects; creating amazing design for the core site, sponsorship and branded content programs, and marketing materials. The Senior Designer must have an eye for amazing design and the ability to bring ideas to life across formatsdesigning banners, rich media units and creating responsive design across programs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to take a project and run with it, and make it better than we could have imaginedsomeone who is ready to flex their design chops and can think strategically. You are creative, organized and nimble; working cross-functionally across groups,. In addition to the Senior Designer's day-to-day responsibilities, you will partner with the Sales and Pre-Sales Marketing groups tell visual stories that bring ideas to life for new business presentations.

Responsibilities: Support the design team for branded programs including but not limited to banners, custom media units, destinations and ad product experiencesGraphic design to support marketing proposalsAbility to bring new ideas to life, visualize concepts, experiences, mocks and new toolsCreation of dynamic presentations for client facing materialsStock imagery researchImage compositing for creative conceptsEnsure client creative follows latest design trendsInvolvement in creative brainstorms for pre-sales marketing efforts

Required Skills: 4-5 years of previous design experience in marketing or advertising agencies or publisher environmentsUnderstanding of responsive designConstantly evolving design skills and sensibilityA strong eye for typography, color and communication as demonstrated in a portfolioProficient technical skills related to design and presentation programs:Mastery of design programsPhotoshopIllustratorSketchAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse cross-functional teams and on multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience and/or interest in supporting new business initiatives

Required Education: BA or equivalent experience

Desired Skills: Experience working in branded content a plusFamiliarity with Powerpoint a strong plus
