- Able to read/understand architectural drawings
- Able to operate machinery properly
- Able to read and understand the use of material
- Open-minded/essential communication skills. To work as a team
- Have years of experience working in the industry
- Have your tools to be able to work
- Billingul is ideal - both English and Spanish.
- Must have Tax ID
