Responsibilities:
1. Provides direct supervision to the Director of Social Services,
Director of Security/Operations
2. Ability to provide leadership and team management to staff.
3. Ability to balance competing priorities and make independent
judgments and decisions.
4. Ability to work in a professional, confidential, and collaborative
capacity sensitive to cultural, religious, racial, disability and
gender issues.
5. Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality, contract
management, and program administration regulations.
6. Knowledge of operations management procedures and practices
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in behavioral sciences Field with Three years
of experience or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.) with
at least three years of post-MSW supervised experience in
mental health diagnosis.

Required time on Project:
1 FTE Project Director
35 hours weekly (may include a Saturday and Sunday)
On call 24/07
