Data Entry Operator – Medical Supplies
Position Overview:We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Operator to join our medical supplies office team. This role involves managing patient insurance details, verifying eligibility, and coordinating with insurance companies to obtain prior authorization for services.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
Communicate with team members to clarify information or obtain missing data.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records as needed.
Follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data management is a plus.
Strong typing skills and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry software.
