Job Description:

Looking for recent 4-year college graduates with a Bachelor's degree. Previous experience with individual client management or sales/marketing in general is preferred.

Any familiarity or prior experience with website content management system (CMS), accounting or recruiting is a plus.

Positions available - Located in our office in midtown Manhattan (43rd St between 5th and Madison Ave), we provide principal support in student services on a worldwide basis.

Hourly pay: $16.50-$20 per hour. Annual Pay: $34,000-$42,000 depending on experience and commitment. Raises are evaluated quarterly or semi-annually.

Trial Period: 2-3 weeks. After a demonstrated satisfactory performance, the persons hours and compensation might be increased accordingly. Additional bonus will be considered after the person establishes a successful and consistent performance record.

Specific duties include:

1) co-ordination of daily international and domestic telephonic and email correspondence to ensure a thorough and convincing response to prospective test prep and admissions consulting program participants and existing clients;

2) co-ordination with instructors for various assignments;

3) assistance in recruiting of teachers and other academic and administrative personnel;

4) researching, marketing and writing to assist in the growth of the company.

This position is a good fit for someone who is highly entrepreneurial and would like to participate in a high growth boutique firm by taking initiatives and learning and working with minimal supervision in a small, driven and dynamic team setting.

Hours:

Immediate start date. Weekday days and nights (9am - 6pm or 1pm - 10pm or similar hours), possibly weekend days (9am - 6pm or similar hours). Flexible schedule with committed hours.

Job Qualifications:

Self-starter. Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and in person. Excellent with computer programs in general and MS Office programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) in particular. Excellent business writing skills to deliver an error-free, succinct, yet convincing response to prospective customers. Web research skills. Good work ethic. Willingness to work flexible hours.

Type of candidates preferred: A track record of successful sales/marketing experience; prior experience with Educational Services companies a plus; prior experience with web design or accounting a plus

Recent college graduates with a Bachelor's degree in liberal arts majors preferred, but science majors will be considered as well.
