We specialize in connecting individuals and families with their ideal rental properties and facilitating seamless transactions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. Our team has met or exceeded our growth forecast for each of the last 4 years, we expect the same to be true in 2024!

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is adept at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our brokerage company, assisting key personnel, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and responding to emails in a professional and courteous manner.

-Compiling rental applications, verifying information, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.

-Creating compelling apartment listings with accurate details and captivating descriptions to attract potential tenants.

-Stocking and organizing office supplies to maintain efficient office operations.

-Handling outgoing mailers and ensuring timely delivery to recipients.

-Running various errands as needed, including but not limited to picking up documents, supplies, or materials.

-Managing calendar reminders and scheduling appointments for executives and team members.

-Coordinating and managing holiday gifts for clients, including selection, ordering, and delivery logistics.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry but not necessary.

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail.

-Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications (Adobe Acrobat).

-Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

-Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

-A positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
