Our established accounting and tax firm is seeking a dedicated full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team for the tax season. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent in-person and telephone customer service.
Schedule client appointments and coordinate meetings.
Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and emails.
Prepare documents, memos, and client correspondence.
Provide essential support to accounting staff with office operations and tax return assembly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Professional appearance, demeanor, and clear communication skills.
Strong desire to learn and contribute to a busy, team-oriented environment.
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Basic computer skills (familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong advantage but not required.
Prior office or customer service experience is beneficial, but we are willing to train a candidate with the right attitude.
