Quinn Florist, a legacy flower shop in Astoria with over 50 years of community roots, is undergoing an exciting transformation — and we’re looking for a talented Floral Designer to join our team.
About the Role:
We’re seeking someone with a sharp eye for design, a strong work ethic, and solid experience in everyday arrangements, weddings, and funerals. You’ll be working with premium flowers in a fast-paced shop where quality and customer satisfaction are non-negotiable.
You must:
Have 2+ years of hands-on floral design experience
Be comfortable designing solo or from reference photos
Know how to manage time efficiently and handle multiple orders
Be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays
Thrive in a collaborative but high-standard work environment
Bonus if you:
Have wedding/event floral experience
Speak Greek or Spanish
Can assist with plant care and merchandising
This is not an entry-level or hobbyist position. We’re rebuilding Quinn into one of NYC’s top flower shops, and we want professionals who are serious about floral design.
Full-time and part-time positions available. Pay based on experience.
