- Apply your strong technology and financial management expertise to the deployment of Apptios Technology Business Management (TBM) solutions.
- With your knowledge and skills, candidate will position IS/IT leadership and business owners to understand the ROI of technology investments and the TCO of applications, products, and services.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong business partner relationships and foster a culture of data-driven decision making is critical in this role.
- Candidate will also play an important role in driving the continuous improvement of data modeling and allocation methodologies while leading quality management initiatives with data owners.
- This role will give you the opportunity to socialize an in-depth understanding of Apptio configurations, models, and data.
- In this role candidate will evaluate current state against the Apptio future state and be able to defend the underlying allocations
- Create and refine functional and business specifications used by the development team to maintain the automation of data into Apptio.
- Understanding the mapping of external interfaces from many systems of record for monthly data loads, perform validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity for client invoicing.
- Maintain complex cost models within the Apptio tool.
- Test and document deliverables and promote deliverables into production adhering to the organizations procedures and guidelines for production systems
- Work to support and enhance the Apptio implementation
- Understanding of ITSM.
- Understanding the business value achieved as part of client cost model enhancements to adequately communicate business impact avoided or remediated via implementation.
- 3 to 7 years progressive Finance, Accounting Information Systems, BI or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
- Knowledge of IT Services and Financial Management Practices such as budgeting, cost allocations, capital and operating expense handling, and product or capability-driven funding models.
- Advanced level proficiency in with Apptio, Oracle Financials ERP, Microsoft Excel, data-warehouse analysis, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
- Proven ability to demonstrate leadership through influence and lead change management efforts.
- Proven ability to formulate a strategic vision, define and implement action plans to achieve strategic goals.
- Strong business and process knowledge, technology implementation, change management and large-scale program management.
- Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting
- Understanding of IT infrastructure domains and application development
- Have a strong bias towards curiosity, analytics and problem solving with the ability to synthesize an array of inputs into coherent solution strategies.
- Self-directed and capable of managing collaboratively
- Express ideas clearly and persuasively in oral, written, and presentation forms.

- ITIL Certification
- Technology Business Management Certification, CTBME.
- Elite or Recognized Technology Business Management Analyst (ETBMA or RTBMA) or TBMA
- Prior experience with TBM or CIO advisory work
- Experience at a top-tier consulting, financial services, or a technology-driven company.
