Job Description - Level 2 Support / Systems Administrator
Our client is a growing Managed Service Provider located in Mid-Town Manhattan and they are looking to add a Level 2 Desktop Analyst / SystemsAdministrator to their growing team.They provide full Benefits and up to 20% Bonus, 401k, and Company Paid Lunch.Responsibilities:Provide 2nd level line of technical support by responding to user requests. You may have to visit client sites at certain times.Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.Respond to enquiries from users and help resolve hardware and/or software problems.Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.Arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in houseStay current with system information, changes and updates.Requirements:Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 7/10, and O365Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook 2010 within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation)Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2010 with emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration.
