- Post merger Network integration of two companies.
- Working with integrating carrier circuits into client sites throughout the USA
- Project size - 120 sites in the US in the next 15 months
- No travel required - Field services will do the traveling. The PM will manage the field services team
- Tight time schedule. Each project elapsed time is about 6-8 weeks per site
- Mission Critical work
- The Program manager/Hiring Manager is based in New Jersey
- Fully budgeted for 12 months+

- Manage the field techs
- Task management
- Manage Outside vendors
- Technical discussions with team and vendors and business
- No staffing hiring, no budget planning but you will keep an eye on budgets and resources (people and finance)
- Clarify project team member task assignments and monitors progress towards completion of deliverables.
- Ensure project stakeholders are informed of progress and issues.
- Execute project plans and support successful program delivery. Partner with senior team members to organize project work into manageable phases and devise an effective approach for completing the work. Ensure project status is documented in relevant knowledge bases.
- Identify, document, and escalate project risks and issues to Program Manager.
- Technical Project Management
- Interact and manage outside vendors and their technical field network integration teams
- Understanding of networking. A Cisco professional is helpful so that they can address tech issues as they come rather than waiting for another expert to jump in. However, this is primarily a role to focus on the delivery of the project
- Able to manage multiple delivery initiatives concurrently
- Able to get up to speed quickly
- Experience with Network integration
- Some evening/weekend work required to support timezones in the US. No overnight work.
- CCNA certification would be WONDERFUL
- Financial industry experience. If none, then demonstrate experience in high traffic networks and/or highly complex networks
