We are seeking licensed security guards to work in high-end luxury residential and commercial buildings throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. These positions require a strong professional presence and the ability to represent premium properties with confidence and discretion.
Position Details:
Pay: $17.50–$20.00/hr (based on site and experience)
Schedules: Morning, evening, and overnight shifts available
Employment Type: On-call and permanent opportunities
Location: must be willing to work in Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Bronx, or ALL
Role Responsibilities:
Provide a calm, professional security presence
Monitor building access and assist residents/guests
Maintain a welcoming, service-oriented environment
Represent the building with professionalism at all times
Requirements (must meet all):
Valid NYS Security Guard License (required)
Professional, well-groomed appearance suitable for luxury environments
Must already own and be able to wear a black suit, white button-down shirt, black tie, and black shoes
(This attire is required for the in-person interview and daily assignments)
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Availability to work mornings, evenings, and/or overnights
These roles are client-facing positions where presentation, reliability, and professionalism are essential.
