SHIFT HOURS: SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY 12:30AM - 8:30AM.

Responsibilities: Responds to emergency situations (i.e. fire alarm, emergency response system, etc.). Make sure all visitors sign in/out of the community. Keep trespassers, solicitors, etc. off premises. Answer phones, Receive and record all packages and contact resident. Conducts checks of all entrances/exits and grounds of the community regularly. Update 24-hour report log indicating completion of rounds or any incident. Ability to take or give directions from and to emergency personnel. Maintains and protects the confidentiality of resident information at all times
Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisor, and employees. Ability to effectively communicate via telephone. Willingness to work with the elderly. Demonstrated punctuality/flexible schedule/attendance. Speaks English at all times when English is the primary language of all people present.
