Summary:
We are seeking a Risk Safety Agent to join our team at Progressive Management. This role is vital in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks associated with our operations and property management practices. The Risk Safety Agent will play a key role in safeguarding our assets while supporting our mission of providing quality housing.
Responsibilities
Respond to all major / minor incidents
Liaise with local law enforcement
Site visits to determine safety issues and necessary security measures
Meet with residents as it relates to the safety and security of other residents
Monitor all cameras on site
Monitor contracted security officers performance
Supervise / work with contracted security officer
Record and document all incidents on security reports
Review contracted security officers reports and forward reports to S/D and Regional Risk Safety Coordinator
Assist in the Interviewing of violators of lease
Assist with eviction
Conduct building inspection and report all violations
Gather intelligence for S/D, RRSC and local law enforcement
Assist Maintenances / Management with any needs (one team)
Account for all security equipment and report any necessary repairs/enhancement to security cameras
Make proper notification to S/D / RRSC of all matter of importance
Monitor / carry department radio
Maintain all security related documents
Conduct parking lot inspection
Retired law enforcement/military background/bouncer experience.
Gather intelligence for onsite investigations
