Security Supervisor – Special Events (Manhattan)
Pay: $25–$28/hour (based on experience)
Location: Manhattan, NY
Schedule: Flexible; nights and weekends required

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead event security operations for high-end special events throughout Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event security, team leadership, and client relations, with the ability to maintain safety and professionalism in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate security staff during special events
Ensure compliance with venue and company security protocols
Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs
Manage access control, crowd management, and emergency response procedures
Liaise with event management, venue staff, and law enforcement as needed
Prepare incident and activity reports
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of security experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in special events, nightlife, or hospitality settings preferred
Valid NYS Security Guard License required
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation:
$25–$28 per hour, based on experience.
