FULL-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE+ UNION BENEFITS (Mixed Schedule: 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm, Thursday and Friday)
Looking to hire Shift Supervisor for an Astoria High End Residential Complex to help enforce the clients house rules and company General Rules and Regulations.
Your duties include: writing reports, supervise your staff, communicate to the resident manager and our operations manager. Handle complaints, communicate and work with local law enforcement to maintain peace and quiet on private property. We prefer if you have Supervisor Experience (it doesn't have to be in this field) but it is not required.
Requirements:
NYS Guard License OR 8 hour pre-assignment and 16 OTJ certificates
VALID NYS ID Card
High School Diploma or GED,
US Citizen or Work Authorization
5 year work or school employment history, all references will be verified
