Part-Time Business Development & Client Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote

Compensation: Hourly + Commission

I’m a professional certified life coach, artist, and creative entrepreneur with an impact centered on personal development and mental health. As my work evolves, I’m seeking someone to join my team part-time to help strategically grow my coaching practice, expand my client base, and create new business opportunities.

Position Overview:

You’ll play a hands-on role in developing warm leads, identifying potential partnerships, and growing my visibility among ideal coaching clients. While brand upkeep and digital marketing are involved and integral, your primary focus will be sales and growth oriented. I’m looking for someone who excels at relationship-building, outreach, and identifying new avenues for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify, research, and develop new business leads for coaching clients and corporate partnerships

Conduct strategic outreach (email, DMs, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) to build relationships and generate conversations

Research and pitch speaking engagements, podcast guest spots, and other visibility opportunities

Help optimize CRM, manage follow-ups, and track outreach efforts

In-person networking that will increase potential for clientele

Consistent content support and brand development effort that sustain an online presence compatible with my coaching mission and subsequent growth efforts (SEO and algorithm targeting, regular website updates, social posts, email newsletters, etc.)

Bring creative ideas for client acquisition based on evolving business goals

Qualifications:

Experience in business development, client acquisition, sales, or partnerships

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong research skills and the ability to identify aligned opportunities

SEO expertise and overall proficiency with digital marketing

Organized and self-motivated, able to take initiative and work independently

Comfort working in the coaching/personal development or creative industries a plus

Passion or personal interest in LGBTQ+ spaces and mental health topics is strongly preferred

Time Commitment:

This is a 3 month trial role estimated at 15 hours/week to start, with potential for growth based on performance and fit.
