Driving growth and awareness by establishing powerful partnerships with the restaurants in your district will be among your main responsibilities. Before you kick off your work in the area, you will learn our insights from experience in other cities and districts.

Responsibilities

- Utilizing the right sales methods and finding a creative approach to take on new business opportunities in the district and take the existing high-value partnerships to the next level.

- Keep track of how these partnerships impact business growth and make necessary adjustments to the company's strategy in your district.

- Ensure the top-notch experience for our partners and point out the possible risks to already existing partnerships.

- Collect feedback from our partners and identify how these insights may impact the business development strategy.

- Perform the restaurant onboarding and training. Supply our partners with the promo materials to ensure the growth of our user base.

- Lunch local events to increase brand awareness within your district.

- Work directly with the restaurant's customer base within the area.

- Increase the amount of new monthly users, orders, and Allset commission within your district.

- Identify the best growth practices from other districts to apply them in your area, reports on what's working and what is not.

- Work closely with the partners delivering poor service within your district to improve the customer experience.

- Review the restaurant's content quality (menu) and make sure it meets the standards.

What You'll Need

- Bachelor's Degree; 4+ years experience in account management, sales, or customer service; or an equivalent combination of both education and experience.

- Excellent influencing skills, motivating potential partners to see the benefits Allset will bring to the table.

- Desire to grow in a scaling startup environment.

- Self-motivation ” ability to work with minimal supervision while achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

- Knowledge of how to develop creative sales tactics to engage with prospects.

- Time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize based on impact.

- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industries a plus.

- Experience with HubSpot (a huge plus).
