Sales and Marketing Assistant:
A busy Tax & Bookkeeping practice in Forest Hills, Queens is actively seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager.
The Sales and marketing assistant is a critical part of the marketing and sales team.
You will manage a fully integrated social media strategy. Your focus will be the main social channels: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and YouTube.
You must have the ability to work within each of these platforms on an intermediate/advanced level and devise a comprehensive strategy that increases followers and engagement.
We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and someone who can make phone calls, set appointments with prospects, follow up with leads and find hot leads using social media channels and other ways that we will train.
Responsibilities include:
Creating content for social media to attract our client avatar.
Engaging with social media platforms
Posting in multiple facebook groups specific content that is related to that industry.
Following up with leads on a daily basis, texting, calling, and emailing to schedule appointments for a free strategy session.
Review notifications and respond timely.
Contact all the old leads that we have and see if we can schedule a call with them
Find leads that fit our criteria and email them and give them a free consultation
Calling clients and following up
Linkedin Marketing
Setting appointments
Email Marketing is a plus!
Keep track of all leads and analytics.
Powerpoint experience is a big plus
Experience with Canva is a big plus
Experience with Clickfunnels
