We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager specializing in High-Ticket Sales for our Med Spa business. The ideal candidate will have experience with inside sales as a closer and a leader. He/she shall manage our team of appointment setters and sale closers. This manager will be directly responsible for each lead that is created by our marketing team, from the moment the lead is generated to close.

This role requires a strong understanding of B2C sales, leads nuturing, sales techniques, etc. ZZ Med Spa is expanding very quickly, and we will need a rockstar sales leader to lead our expansion.

Responsibilities:

- Improve sales scripts, coach closers and train appointment setters to maximize close rates, show rates, and other KPIs. We are heavily results focused.

- Improve sales/call scripts, objection handling, and developing a training program for setters and closers

- Jump in on closing calls as needed to lead by example

- Maintain and optimize a robust pipeline using CRM software (we use Go High level)

- Negotiate contracts and close high-ticket sales with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

- Diligently track sales metrics, analyze market trends, and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience and demonstrated success in inside sales, business development, or sales team management

- Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills

- 3+ years of experience with inside sales closing / leading sales teams
