Join Our Exciting Startup in Brooklyn!
We're seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our tech startup in Park Slope, Brooklyn. You'll be instrumental in onboarding players to the beta version of our app.
What We Do:
We're building a gamified app that helps local businesses thrive. Imagine a Pokémon Go-style experience where players earn points by visiting and spending time at local businesses. These points can be redeemed for rewards and gift cards, driving foot traffic and boosting sales for our partner businesses.
Your Role:
As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company in Brooklyn. Your primary focus will be to onboard players onto our beta app. This involves engaging with the local community, promoting the app, and encouraging downloads.
Responsibilities:
Clearly communicate the benefits of our app to potential players and local businesses.
Onboard new players through various channels, including in-person interactions at bars and restaurants, via QR codes etc.
Build relationships with local businesses to foster collaboration and growth.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the local Brooklyn market.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for technology and gaming.
A deep understanding of the Brooklyn community and its local businesses is a plus.
Compensation:
This is a 2-month contract position starting in August. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission incentives based on player onboarding and engagement.
