Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Junior Client Services Tech Support (OTC Derivatives) for a Direct Placement assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in New York, NY . This is a direct-hire, permanent FTE position (Visa restrictions apply, sponsorship is not available) Not a remote role, must work onsite in NYC Junior level role 0-2 years experience -Will Train on basic knowledge of financial products. -There is an annual bonus, 401k matching, Stock Options, & Pension after 1 year Responsibilities :

  • 70% technical support & analysis
  • 30% Client interaction
Preferred Skills :
  • Basic knowledge of OTC derivatives and Options in one or many of the following asset classes Rates, FX, Credit, Equity and Commodities.
  • Basic knowledge of MySQL databases and basic Python programming.
  • Working Relationships Sales, Business management, Development and Product management.
  • Education: Financial Engineering, Math, Economics Degrees
