- SME focus on Treasury and Finance
- Central LIBOR Transition PM Lead will be responsible for workstream oversight and LIBOR review, analysis, and monitoring across impacted areas
- Experience within treasury, product control, valuation control, interest rate risk hedging and hedge accounting (fair value and cash flow hedges) is a big plus
- Familiar with US GAAP/IFRS and related financial reporting requirements is a plus
- Provide regular governance, reporting, planning and support services across the FTTR Program
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the program including Finance, Risk, Treasury, Models, GFT groups.
- Lead and assist where necessary with LIBOR related regulatory responses for PRA, FRB, OCC, SEC any others as necessary
- Monitor and manage program risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies whilst escalating to senior management as required
- Oversee program plans and tracking of progress and changes
- Coordinate collation and production of materials for relevant program governance forums
- Develop and monitor stakeholder maps and stakeholder engagement plans
- Facilitate workshops and planning sessions as required
- Capture minutes and actions from key program meetings
- Undertake ad hoc central program management requests as they arise
- Create data analytics dashboards to track metrics and progress utilizing whilst escalating to senior management as required
- Utilize data analysis tools to oversee FTTR budget and resourcing tracking and requests
- Undertake ad-hoc FTTR and central program management requests as they arise
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in working within a PMO, preferably within treasury / finance / controls / regulatory related roles.
- Should have experience in analytics with exceptional problem solving skills
- Good understanding of program management methodologies, frameworks, processes, tools and industry best practices
- Experience in applying and embedding PMO methodologies across large scale programs
- Excellent planning and task management skills; capable of seeing the bigger picture as well as strong focus on day-to-day execution
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops and program planning sessions
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Understanding of LIBOR and its implications within the industry desirable
- Experience of working with business stakeholders across multiple businesses, regions and support functions
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially master's degree
- Recognized program/project management qualification such as PRINCE2, MSP etc.
