Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Tax Equity Consultant for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in New York, NY. Responsibilities :
- Utilizing new structural techniques to create the proper risk profiles for corporate investors looking for tax capacity monetization and structures to utilize expected changes in the tax code
- Understand the legal, tax, and economic structural details of Tax Equity financings for US renewable energy projects to help us structure and syndicate new and existing Tax Equity investments
Required Skills: - Experience advising project sponsors and tax equity investors, and knowledge of the current Tax Equity market, including target corporate and ultra-high net worth Tax Equity investors
- Expert knowledge of Partnership Accounts and DRO impact will be needed to gain internal and external approval of the structures, and subsequent placement with Tax Equity investors
