Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Service Desk Engineer, Level 2-3 for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Advisory clients in New York, NY. This role is onsite. This role is a weekend/night shift (Saturday 7am-7pm, Sunday 7am-7pm, Monday 7pm-7am ) The candidate will be providing white-glove support. Communication skills are paramount in this role. Must-Have Extensive Knowledge of:
- Windows 10
- Entire MS office suite.
- Any ticketing system
- MS Office (Expert level)
- Mobility: WiFi trouble shooting, iPads, Routers etc.
Preferred: - Ideal candidates will come out of hedge funds, financial advisory, or similar space.
