- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software configuration and Laptop and desktop allocation/shipping to end users.
- Expertise in data center management and data governance
- Hands-on experience with computer installation
- IT Assets management and compliance for that location
- Hardware platform: Laptop/ Tablet/ Handheld device L2/L3 support.
- OS : Windows 10 OS , MAC OS, IOS ,Android
- Install, Configure & troubleshoot the deskside tools like Office (o365, MS teams, One drive, Outlook), conferencing tools like WebEx, go to meeting etc.
- Email Client: Outlook install, configure and troubleshoot.
- Location compliance to be maintained ( Antivirus, patching, Disk encryption )
- Account specific compliance to be adhered and sustained.
- Location VIP support to be taken care:
- Support VIP in establishing the conference calls( telecon/ video/ Dx80/ Spark ) and troubleshoot the connectivity issues.
- Perform Daily , weekly Preventive maintenance on proactive basis to ensure the health of the IT assets owned by the VIP.
- Coordinate with Domain team/ Vendor / OEMs to resolve the issues.
- Good Communication skills
