We are currently looking to add a talented tech guru with a great personality to our team. Must be available to work 40 hours with two to three night shifts (2pm-10pm) per week.
During this time, the guru will travel on-site to support our clients at various locations throughout NYC (primarily in Manhattan & Brooklyn) and will also provide technical support remotely via phone and/or e-mail.

Requirements:
3 or more years of experience in IT supporting end-users
A+ and/or Network+ certification
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Up-to-date Android/iOS smartphone
Extensive knowledge of:
Wireless and Wired networking - routers, firewalls, VPNs and network protocols
Cloud services, especially iCloud, Office 365 & GSuite
Virus/Spyware removal
iOS, Android devices
Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook
Data backup/migration
Troubleshooting Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 10
Troubleshooting Mac OS 10.10+
Troubleshooting printer issues & jams
Hardware upgrades (e.g. memory & video cards)
Working knowledge of:
Smart TVs, Roku, Kindle Fire, Apple TV, Google Chromecast
Windows Server environments
Web development platforms, e.g. Wix, Weebly & Squarespace
Smart Home/Smart Appliances
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, an excellent problem solver, a personable and strong communicator, and able to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines. A client first attitude and an eagerness to assist with non-technical tasks is also essential.
