You can be a subcontractor (1099) or work full-time employee.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our primary focus is Mini Splits, but you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in split system, rooftop units, mini-split units,
gas furnaces, heat pump units, and package units
Strong mechanical and control troubleshooting skills
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions
Complete service calls and work orders in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed to company standards
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and recommendations
Must have good communication skills
Available for some off hours and weekends is a plus
Must have EPA 608 Type II certification. Universal certification, preferred
Must have a valid driving license and clean driving record
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
Comfortable climbing high ladders.
Able working in confined spaces.
Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling.
Exposure to varying temperatures, chemicals, and noisy environments.
