Job Description:
Install solar panel systems on residential roofs
Perform electrical wiring and connections
Ensure all installations meet safety standards and local codes

Train the new team members
Requirements:
Experience in solar installation, roofing, or electrical work preferred
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of electrical systems
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
