We are looking for a Fabricator/Welder to manage a team of 3+ employees working on various projects at a time and running the day-to-day operations of our production shop.
This role requires a great communicator who is a self-starter with a logical mindset.
This problem-solver will make themselves available to productions to manage and troubleshoot.
In-depth industry knowledge, professionalism, management skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
The Fabricator/Welder interfaces with our team members, vendors, independent contractors, and general contractors.
The Fabricator/Welder will supervise personnel, workflow, and equipment in various production assembly processes.
The position requires constant production floor visibility and is responsible for production output volumes, product quality, personnel scheduling, cost control, and following safety guidelines.
Shift:
10 hour shift
12 hour shift
8 hour shift
