Flushing, Queens (office/factory in the early morning and afternoons)
Manhattan (jobsites during the day)
Annual Salary - $85,000.00
Typical Hours - 6 AM to 4 PM (occasional evenings and weekends required)
- Leading a team of ironworkers, carpenters, and glaziers
- Overseeing the installation of all fabricated materials
- Ensuring the quality of work is to the clients’ and architects’ standards
- Coordinating field logistics with internal team
- Communicating with clients about ongoing job progress
- Developing project schedules
- Attending site meetings
- Measuring field conditions for fabrication needs
