We are a small, focused woodshop in Brooklyn that builds high-end custom doors for historic homes across New York City.
This is a production role for someone who knows how to work in a shop and meet deadlines. You must be able to follow our established production processes exactly from start to finish.
Requirements:
-Hands-on experience using woodworking tools and machinery in a professional setting.
-Ability to follow our established production processes from start to finish.
-Understands how to work efficiently under deadlines and meet high-quality expectations.
-Mechanical aptitude is a must—every door receives hardware, and you must be able to install various types of door hardware, align, and adjust it with precision
-Physically able to lift, carry, and turn large, heavy doors (most doors are 8-9 feet tall)
-Contribute to a productive, clean, and disciplined shop environment.
What we offer:
4-day workweek, Mon–Thu, 10-hour shifts (After a Part-Time paid trial period)
Pay: $30-$35/hr depending on fit and capability to perform the production work
