We are a customer-centric laundry pickup & delivery service, and we are seeking a reliable and responsible Pickup & Delivery Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for picking-up and delivering customer orders in a secure, safe and timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Safe and timely pickup & delivery of customers orders
- Load and unload items from vehicle to the operations center
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
- Communicate with customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Follow company policies and procedures for delivery operations
Qualifications:
- Must have a personal vehicle (preferably a truck/van) with valid insurance
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed
- Familiarity with local roads and routes in the area
