Job Description: Seeking a Adobe Experience Manager author to join the company's Digital & Creative team in our Marketing organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and update web pages through components and templates using Adobe Experience Manager, HTML, CSS.
  • Partner with, and manage ongoing requests from internal stakeholders including webpage updates and creation of new webpages.
  • Serve as best practices consultant to help develop optimal page layouts that achieve the goals for each particular web page (e.g. engagement, lead generation).
  • Implement, test and QA to make sure content, analytics and code are "spot on" before publishing.
  • Document and provide feedback to the AEM platform team for new/improved components, processes, and workflows.
  • Train, mentor and collaborate with the broader AEM content authoring team - both onshore and offshore resources.
  • Adhere to Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and web accessibility guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 preferably) and programming languages such as HTML.
  • Web UX and Best Practices Expertise - website structure, taxonomy, and templates.
  • Experience with UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
  • Understand digital data layer and concepts of dynamic web pages.
  • Experience in JavaScript.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and effectively manage outcomes

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
