- Build and update web pages through components and templates using Adobe Experience Manager, HTML, CSS.
- Partner with, and manage ongoing requests from internal stakeholders including webpage updates and creation of new webpages.
- Serve as best practices consultant to help develop optimal page layouts that achieve the goals for each particular web page (e.g. engagement, lead generation).
- Implement, test and QA to make sure content, analytics and code are "spot on" before publishing.
- Document and provide feedback to the AEM platform team for new/improved components, processes, and workflows.
- Train, mentor and collaborate with the broader AEM content authoring team - both onshore and offshore resources.
- Adhere to Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and web accessibility guidelines.
- 2+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 preferably) and programming languages such as HTML.
- Web UX and Best Practices Expertise - website structure, taxonomy, and templates.
- Experience with UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
- Understand digital data layer and concepts of dynamic web pages.
- Experience in JavaScript.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and effectively manage outcomes
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
