- Seeking an Application Developer
- We are looking for a hands-on application developer with C#, MS SQL Server and web application experience that will help us develop modern end-to-end business solutions. This role will participate in the design, planning and execution of enterprise software as well as assist with migrating on-premise .Net framework applications to Microsoft Azure.
- Develop robust, architecturally sound solutions for the Global Technology team
- Drive future state technology architecture utilizing cloud technologies
- Execute the firm's strategic investment technology strategy
- Manage the relevant technology streams of firm's larger initiatives
- Provide oversight of all solutions and architecture developed, conduct code-reviews, and mentor developers
- Partner with other technologists to collaborate, communicate, and gain consensus over ideal technology solutions
- Seamlessly partner with Application Service Delivery group, who have accountability for Delivery & Service Management
- BS or BA Degree or equivalent work experience (5+ years)
- Broad, hands-on experience using C#, ASP.Net and MS SQL Server
- Strong understanding of databases
- Familiarity with Microservice design patterns and Web API development
- Ability to lead technical design and work management skills
- Experience developing on Azure is a plus
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment a plus
- Experience with any ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS is plus.
- Experience with DevOps toolsets such as Azure DevOps (VSTS), JIRA, Git, or similar.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of professional pride and individual accountability
