Job description:RWB (Risk Work Bench) is a strategic desktop-based UI suite and single-entry point to access Market, Credit, and Operational Risk data. We required an experienced WPF UI developer to extended RWB functionality.The successful candidate will work on building a new app or extend existing app functionality. Developer will need to work closely with UI/Server-side development team and BAs across the 4 main offices globally (New York, London, Shanghai, Mumbai). The developer should be able to quickly understand RWB and create new apps based on requirements.

Skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge required

Masters or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
5+ years of C# client-side programming experience against the .NET 4.5 runtime or later
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
Demonstrable WPF experience, including in-depth knowledge of the threading model, dependency property mechanism, layout techniques, and control templates.
Familiarity with common user interfaces design patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or MVC.
Experience with dependency injection mechanisms
Knowledge of composite application concepts and frameworks
Experience working with MS SQL. Good knowledge of DB normal forms.
Building multi-threaded real-time services (WCF/Web/Rest services)
Experience working with DevExpress WPF suite
Strong verbal and written communication.
Experience or working knowledge of automated UI testing frameworks.

Nice to have experience with

Multi-process UI applications
Enterprise messaging systems (TIBCO EMS/Rendezvous)
