Job Description - Full Stack Developer - 100% Remote
Position Responsibilities:- Communicate with colleagues and clients to elicit requirements
- Develop technical solutions with a small team to meet those requirements
- Ensure that code is clear, well documented, modular, maintainable and testable
- Technical troubleshooting, refactoring and bug-fixing
- User support of application issues
- Develop and support trade data processing, web applications, and reporting
- 7+ years of experience in Java and web applications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area of study
- Strong understanding of Core Java, RDMS (i.e. Sybase, Oracle, PostgresSQL), Unix/Linux, Spring framework. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus
- No-SQL a plus
- Disruptive technologies a plus, i.e. Kafka
- Containerization, Docker/Kubernetes
- CI/CD experience, gitlab
- Excellent analytical, logical and research skills
- Ability to articulate technical concepts in written form for emails, proven ability to proactively address user concerns and exceed expectations
- Good communication and professional interpersonal skills required
- Works well in a team environment
