- Define and document business requirements with BO/business SMEs.
- Map business requirements to technical delivery.
- Support scrum team where needed (i.e. requirements clarification, testing support, etc.).
- Design, build and maintain BI technical environment to support presentation layer.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications.
- Keep abreast of techniques and best practices of using the BI environment.
- Train business users on Data and BI environments.
- Play the SME role to assist Business teams with the design of reports/dashboards.
- Analyze business needs for reporting and presentation.
- Design and build a presentation layer using reports/dashboards.
- Conduct unit testing for presentation layer and associated calculations.
- Coordinate with IT BI Analyst for promoting the reports/dashboards into UAT and Production environment.
- Should Understand the Data warehousing concept.
- Understanding of Insurance - Travel and Telephony domain will be a Plus.
- Should have the understanding of doing requirements for reporting, Data warehousing, and ETL.
