Role: Business Analyst with Finance backgroundLocation: East Rutherford, NJ: or New York city, NY Looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience having Accounting/Finance background.Should possess good communications skills and have a collaborative mindset.Able to interact with stakeholders to gather requirements & document them.Meaningfully articulate the specifications to the IT team for development.Should serve as a perfect conduit between the Business & IT teams.Prior technical support experience is preferred.The candidate should also be hands on with SQL and have exposure to Reporting/Data Analytics.Familiar with Requirement Management tools.Handle scope creep and be aware of Change Management processShould facilitate smooth User acceptance testing.Exposure to Agile implementation methodology will be an added advantage.
