Requisition Number: 81810 We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Virtual Trainers to incorporate curriculum and training materials for a Customer Claims Portal into end-user training via Web Ex. Experienced Trainers will know how to implement custom education programs and deliver clear and smooth instructor-led training sessions. Audience includes physicians, nurses, front office and back office. 100% Remote. REQUIRED SKILLS:

Virtual Training experience
Communication skills, both written and verbal
Instructional Delivery experience
Knowledge of Adult Learning Principals
Best practice delivery techniques
Technically savvy
Able to troubleshoot technical issues
Willing to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
Able to take responsibility for self-study and ramp-up

PREFFERED SKILLS:

Healthcare / Insurance experience
