Business Analyst with Fiserv DNA Fully remote Phone + Skype (EST hour preferred, possible occasional travel to NYC in 2023) Job type: C2C (1099) or W2 (W2 Preferred - C2C can only be wholly owned entity) NOTES FROM QUALIFYING CALL 12/15:
- Fiserv DNA is required this is a core banking platform, and candidates must have prior experiencing implementing/configuring this platform
- Strong financial services background
- Prior client facing experience, good communication experience working with stakeholders
- Technical professional, not a developer but I do believe they will be implementing software and this role isn't a PM, for instance
- Supporting the consulting and sales teams
- Configuring and Implementing Fiserv DNA Core Processing Functionality
- Documenting client and internal discussions and decisions
- Executing specific duties and groups of work as assigned
- Managing/resolving a fixed percentage of Service cases while preparing and escalating others to higher levels within the team
- Testing new features and functionality of the Fiserv DNA product suite
- Engaging with clients and evaluate readiness for conversion
- Ensuring client satisfaction
- Assisting the client to define proper institution parameter and system settings
- Diagnosing and recommending solutions to issues
- Responsible for assisting clients in writing business specs for custom processes
- Responsible to assist client in testing any applicable custom code
- Must have hands on experience with Fiserv DNA
- Prior experience with core banking system implementations
- Prior experience in a client facing environment is heavily preferred
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
