• Maintain responsibility for analysis of Bugs, Problems and Resolution, supply to Continual Service Improvement Programs.
• Perform activities on Ruby on Rails based applications, Integration points, payment systems, knowledge of web services, APIs and Frameworks.
• Understands different programming languages preferably Go language and JavaScript/nodeJS and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment.
• Possesses very good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients
• Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
• Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
• Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end
• Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence
• Encourage team interaction, boost employee motivation and appreciate team contribution
• Ability to match project tasks with opportunities for development so that employee potential is utilized to the maximum
• Support production deployment/Week-end Activities
• 8x5 and on call as needed for urgent issues (Application deployment, outages) availability
• Should have worked in onshore-offshore model
• Partners client to explain the areas of improvement and remediate recommendations
• Effective regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical partners locally and globally for status update, requirement discussions, discussion around solution/approach etc.
• Performance management Expertise in monitoring and analyzing databases performance, pool and identifying root cause and suggest solution that improves DB performance to handle growing transaction volumes
• Shall be able to mentor teams/peers spread globally

• Go Language suite, RabbitMQ, GraphQL, Sidekiq, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Elastic Search, Protobuf, ReactJS, REST API
• Basic understanding of AWS, Dockers, Kubernetes and S3

• Knowledge of Quote to Cash/Billing and Payments Domain is plus
• Knowledge of payment gateways, web services, etc.
