Synechron is looking for Salesforce Business Analyst/ Functional Consultant to join our team:

Job Position: Salesforce Business Analyst/ Functional Consultant Location: NYC, NY

Position Type: FTE/ Contract Immediate Interview/ Start

Local candidates are preferred; non-locals must be willing to relocate near Client location and work in hybrid model:

Responsibilities:
  • Running workshops• Managing stakeholders• Requirements gathering with the client• Documenting client requirements• Providing guidance on the design of a solution• Providing insight on customization and third party applications that should be incorporated in the solution• Documenting the solution for client approval• Solution playbacks• Hands on configuration of the Salesforce platform• Providing insight and requirements for the Development team• User training• Once the solution is developed, delivering the work to client for approval• Have an understanding of the overall outcome of the project, whilst not being directly hands on themselves.

Required Experience:Extensive experience in a Functional Consulting role focused on SFDC SalesforceExperience in Solution design and delivery of SFDC Salesforce solutionsExtensive experience of functional consulting for Salesforce technology solutions with a particular focus on Service CloudExtensive experience in configuration of Salesforce Service CloudExperience with core Salesforce functionality, processes and integrations to other Salesforce SFDC modules and solutionsExperience with Customer Interaction CentreExperienced in executing and playing a lead role in technology projectsAbility to gather and prioritize requirements and adapt to shifting prioritiesAbility to lead client facing meetings including work shops, demos, and requirements gatheringUnderstanding of Agile methodologies, especially prioritization and management of flexible scopeExcellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual).
