The successful candidate will:

Be highly collaborative, supporting the needs of our data analyst and data science teams.

Write clean, robust, and well-thought-out code with an emphasis on quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Demonstrate strong end to end ownership & craftsmanship - analysis, design, code, test, debug, and deploy

You have the product driven development mindset and can work closely with and Product teams to breakdown requirements and translate business workflows into scalable technical solutions.

What we'd like from you:

Strong Python & Strong SQL

Azure Synapse, SQL, Spark, PostGres

Data lake concepts, data catalogs, meta data etc

CICD Pipelines

Automate and scale pipelines, data/db strategies (optimizing tables, indexes, partioning, etc)

(Bonus: Cassandra, R)
