- Administration of various total rewards programs, including short and long-term incentives plans, benefits, recognition, and employee wellness programs.
- Manage annual compensation review process including administration of annual performance management, incentive, or merit increase programs.
- Oversee annual plan audits, etc.
- Preferably with Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with total reward programs.
- Experience in compensation planning, research, policy development, and program design including health and welfare benefits, base and incentive pay is also required. Additionally, the incumbent must have experience managing the annual Benefits Open Enrollment process from negotiation to implementation.
- Experience working with ADP Workforce Now, Cornerstone or similar platforms.
- Highly proficient in Excel. Can consolidate and manipulate large data sets.
