Role: Solution consultant Location: Midwest or East Coast Job Description:

  • 12+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry, with a minimum of 7 years of solutions consulting experience.
  • Excellent business process and best practices experience.
  • Ability to lead and mentor Business Analyst(s) working across multiple accounts.
  • Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting
  • Global experience, proven ability to operate via multicultural organizations. Good analytical skills to understand customers' problems and convert them into user stories.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior solutioning experience SFA, DSD, or Distribution software solutions in the Consumer Goods Industry, a plus.
The key deliverables of the position are:
  • Contribute to product road map by studying the market and suggesting solutions to industry or customer-specific problems.
  • Safe keep the Product's Integrity to ensure it serves the Customer's needs while maintaining coherence within the Product Roadmap and Vision.
  • Design solutions that cater to the customer requirements while making recommendations on adding the same to the product, when applicable.
  • Study the needs of the customers in multiple markets and work with the product team to build necessary solutions enabling Ivy to implement in those markets.
  • Be a partner and customer advocate contributing to the success of the customer and Ivy inside the customer Organization.
  • Being abreast of industry best practices.
  • Identifying the Market Product gap and recommending the same for development in the product.
  • Propose best practices to customers and position Ivy solutions that would help them achieve the same.
  • Help the Sales team to close the new opportunities.
