Description
  • Lead a team of skilled front end developers focusing on integrated front end components across multiple branded eCommerce sites, ensuring a best-in-class user experience
  • Work closely with brand teams to translate designs into websites that maintain brand's identity
  • Define best practices for teams and improve design QA process, while also communicating UX best practices to brand teams
  • Work closely with Product Managers to define technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve and issues that arise
  • Help to mentor and build up junior engineers

Profile
  • 5+ years of professional web development experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading a development team and mentoring other junior engineers
  • Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS/SASS, and JS (jQuery, React)
  • Strong UX and design sensibilities, with a background in graphic design/visual arts
  • Experience with Drupal frontend/theming (Drupal 7)
  • Experience with TypeScript and/or MobX
  • Exposure to tools like Gulp, Babel Webpack, NPM, versioning tools like Git, Bitbucket and Github, and AWS tools like EC2 and S3
