- MacKillop House, Norwest – Opening 1st September 2021
- Permanent Full Time
Catholic Healthcare's band new home at MacKillop House Norwest will be opening its doors 1st September 2021 and we are on the lookout for experienced Maintenance Coordinator providing quality customer focused maintenance, grounds and garden services to the residents of our brand-new home.
To be successful in this role you’ll need:- Experience working with maintenance requirements in aged care, retirement, schools or similar
- Ability to provide technical advice and produce technical reports.
- Ability to provide works costs estimates.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be flexible.
- Knowledge and understanding of WH&S requirements
- Ability to prioritise and be organised.
- Current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers Licence
- Must be able to provide evidence of 2020 Flu Vaccination.
